Scheduling Issue

I'm having a scheduling issue. I have 2 subleagues with 17 teams each (34 total) and no divisions. When I try to play a 162 game season, each team only plays 152-154 games, leaving the final standings a hot mess. What settings do I need to get it back to all teams playing the same amount of games again?

OOTP can't properly schedule an odd number of teams in a subleague; you'll have to import a custom schedule.

Attached below is a slightly modified version of Outlaw Jim's 2x17 schedule.

What do I do when I download the schedule? Do I import it in the game or does it overwrite it in the folder?
