INTL Amateur Free Agents

In my online league I signed 2 Intl Amateur FA's Nov 1st.

I assumed that the Intl Am FA signing cap would reset on July 1st when the new Intl Am FAs showed up. But instead it shows that I have spent all my money for the year on July 1st of the following year.

When does that reset?

If I had signed them before the playoffs ended, would that have cleared the cap?

You cannot spend more than a set amount per season or you are penalized the next season.

We are allowed $5 mil per season. I spent under that the season before. The screen shot shows what happens if I try and sign someone this season. It's carrying over the $ from last years signings.

In online leagues intl ams all don’t get signed bc the bottom tier are 30 potentials so not everyone is taken. I paid for a couple at the end of the year and the game still posts them as against my spending for the next year.

Probably because it's after the world series so it's after the season but not actually in official pre season
