Managerial styles

Hello all

If I'm doing a new custom league, can I have managers created for each team that are favour a particular style of play, and have the game not override it?

You can develop team strategies for each team and save them .... there is a checkbox on the screen to lock them

Also there are predeveloped strategy styles based upon real managers (about 50 or so) that you can import and lock....

You are probably best off either creating a new manager and going into the Editor and changing their preferences to what you want or just grabbing an existing manager and doing the same, then set the team strategy accordingly.
