OOTP 21 Crash

I am playing the 2020 and made it up to the first season. I didn't make the playoffs so i was simming through to the end the playoffs. When it reaches October 12 to 17 it just closes. Doesn't close on and specific date but always one of those 6 days. No hint at what caused it. I verified the integrity of game files and it updated one file but it still crashes when i play the game again.
Any idea why it keeps crashing on me?

Might be something with the universe. Create a new game from the wizard and just sim straight through the 1st season and see if it crashed around the same time.

That's why I save every game day I play and back game up in preseason all star game and day after world series.... right now I am dealing with loss of game code. I been too busy with work to play game and enter the 2nd code to play and reload my league again .... to me this is to be simply dealt with on our own as I have seen it will happen on every version at least with me.
