OOTP Mobile Companion app , need help!

I found the mobile companion app on playstore and downloaded it wondering one thing in mind. Is there anyone that can help me set it up because I don't know where to find what it wants me to put in. My main question tho is : does it work with Perfect Team? And if it does , how do I set it up , where exactly do I find the CSV to put in for my PT universe?
