Import/Exporting schedules

Playing a historical league in 1871, when I import the "as played" schedule all the game times import as local times (so games in Chicago are at 2:05 ET). But when I edit the schedule and then export it to a new file and then re-import that new file it treats all the times as ET (so games in Chicago are now at 1:05 ET/12:05 local). Anyone know why/how to fix this?

Not sure if it matters but the reason I'm re-importing that new file is so the games I added into the "as played" schedule have game IDs that match, so a game added to the 2nd day of the season has a game ID of 2 instead of 128
