As Played Season

I am sorry if this has been asked a million times for new players. Can I play a stock season for example 1978 as played with lineups and transactions for just that season? I am not interested in GM or Franchise play but just individual seasons? Is this the game for me? I strictly play stock replay seasons for Strat and DMB.

You can play 1978 with real lineups and transactions. However, the transactions are limited to trades, signings and player releases. The in season call ups from the minors and demotions will not be real. The game does feature the option to include real injury time missed, so players that missed significant time to injury will be unavailable for use accordingly.
