Dream Bracket 32 teams - won't work

A now-closed thread contained a link to the 32 team Dream Bracket, I guess that was created last year... (closed thread is here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=315719)

The post included instructions on how to load the Dream Bracket game as a Quickstart.

These were the instructions given:

To install, download the file and unzip it into the quickstarts folder of the OOTP data folder. To locate this folder, do this:

1) In OOTP, open the Settings dialog (File menu or on the bottom of the entry screen)

2) Go to the Troubleshooting tab and click "Open folder containing customizable data".

3) This opens a Windows explorer or Finder window, open the folder "quickstart_games".

4) Copy the file you downloaded there, and then unzip it, including the subfolders.

5) You can now from the OOTP Entry screen create a Quickstart game (may have to click the "Show More Modes" button for the Quickstart option to show up) and the "MLB Dream Bracket" will be in the list.

Well, I did these steps, and the Dream Bracket does show up on my list of quickstart games... but it doesn't let me create it... the "Create Game" button is not available.

The zip folder was extracted in the Quickstart games folder.

So then, The next step involves going to add-on central...I'm instructed to "Open the Add-Ons central in the Game Menu, locate the quickstart game in the files list, then download and install it."

This is what I get when I go to add-on central...and this is AFTER I Reload the Add-ons list...

Any suggestions about what I'm doing wrong, or how I might do this right?

I tried setting up a 64 team tournament myself, but of course I couldn't include the Negro League teams. So I was hoping that there might be a quick start of the Dream Brackets.
