Ratings won't change

Just tried to change the batter and pitcher ratings for a couple of players in 2021 and nothing changed. I then decided to see if I could change some really low rated players and see what happens.

The shots on the main player page are the both before and after. Nothing changed even after updating the ratings in the Editor. You can see by the ratings in the Editor that these guys should be much higher rated.

I loaded up a game from 2020 OOTP (a 50s league), made similar changes and the pitcher, for example, went from 20/20 to 63/63.

What is going on with 2021? I have had OOTP since the Editor was added and have never come across this issue.

They have to be rescouted. Even says so in the editor.

But.........Is that new? I never needed that before. And why didn't those 50s league players need rescouted?

Btw, I just looked in the editor of Tahnaj Thomas. I could not find where it says that they have to be rescouted. Could you screenshot it for me?

UPDATE: Since I usually play historical seasons, I turn off the scouting system. I forgot to do that with 2020. Everything is normal now. Thx again for your reply.

Yup its new in 21 and that line in the editor only shows up if you have scouting turned on. But here is picture just in case you or other need it
