Mets were 3-7 in year 2022

Played next game and won 2-1 in a well pitched game. I play as GM/manager. The game ended and I got a message saying ...could not save database files.
I had to use ctrl - alt - delete to get out of the program.

Started game over and my 2022 Mets are at 1-7.
When previously played is was 4-7

I also was getting those messages after every pitch, such as Did you know in 1977 player "X" stole 82 bases etc

Can I start the season over? How do I do it.
Getting frustrated.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of computer are you using? I've seen in some of your previous posts that your computer has no F keys.

Correct no "F" keys.
I see there is a new patch. Wondering if that's an issue. Never had a problem prior.

Database::save_database_could not save data base

Plus after every pitch those random facts came up. If I have to reinstall the game it's not a big deal. But please tell me how.
How long have you been playing OOTP ?

I REALLY appreciate your efforts.
Next time you're in Buffalo(if ever) I'll tell you where to get the best wings !

my first thought was that maybe it couldn't save your progress because your pc's memory was full. I've never actually had the problem you're describing. As for the random facts, they pop up when I'm simming, but I don't think I've ever encountered them in-game, so again I'm not sure. Also, I've never had to reinstall the game, so I'm not sure how that works. If all else fails, I would recommend sending an email to OOTP support....I don't foresee myself heading to Buffalo anytime soon, but if I do, I'll take your advice on the wings!

Hi. I am in contact with someone from OOTPBB21. They have asked for my PC info and the message I get when I leave the game so I attached a print screen to my last email to them. I even tried to start a new game/league and I got a different error message.
I really got hooked on this game. There are no other games on my PC. I basically use my PC for sports news/model car building on FB/ contacting friends and family.

Hopefully they will get it all straightened out for you...Wish I coulda been more helpful, but I'm not much on computer knowledge myself!
