How Much Does Mood / Team Chemistry Play into Players Stats/Performance on the Field?

Does anyone know how much of a boost to stats it gives to teams who have great morale?

Or as an example, Familia on the Mets being a team cancer and making the Mets have a terrible locker room.

How much does it actually effect on field performance or stats?

Team Captain - guessing but adds a boost and helps negate negative team memebrs
Leaders - Do the same as team captains but not as magified
Pranksters - help a teams chemistry

Outspoken = Contraversial?
Selfish = Greedy and unloyal?

Just guessing on some of those. But would love to hear anyones breakdown of what the roles also do.

Its about team chemistry. As long as it's high it doesn't matter if you got bad chemistry players. Now if you don't got the good chemistry players then the bad Chen guys can cause the team some troubles. Especially if you are struggling
