*Not sure this is the place to ask for tech support but I have no option to create a thread in the tech support section and I dont think this qualifies as a bug.
I'm trying to help a friend that is in an online league I commish. He's brand new to OOTP but over the last month or so was having no problems.
His only computer is his work computer and I suspect the antivirus/firewall restrictions are coming into play with his problem.
Basically when he tries to load the league file he gets an error: "ootp20.exe is blocked from accessing

With zero chance of his employer's admin creating an exception to the OOTP.exe what other options or ideas do you all have?
