Fish up by 1. Way to go Dusty, ruin my October last year and now I hope that you fall on your face here and break all those Chicago fans hearts by blowing another clinching game.
However, at least this year for the Cubbies, a game 7 if needed will be at home unlike last year's game 7 in the Series.

Ok, the fat lady singing is putting me to sleep. I guess I gotta go into work early again tomorrow so I can watch the end of the Sox-Yanks game before game 7 of this series.

So who is the goat here? Dusty Baker? The fan? Alex Gonzalez? Myself, I vote for Baker with Gonzalez a close second.

I vote Baker just because he cost my team the Series last year and I still don't like him becasue of it.

It's definitely Dusty's fault. You can't really blame Alex Gonzalez since he is the lesser Alex Gonzalez. Sea Bass would never have bobbled that!

I'm rooting for the Cubs, but I'm not a Cubs fan. Baker has ALWAYS been horrible with his starting pitching management, but I place the blame squarely on the fan. Even if the fans moved, and Alou DIDNT catch it, there wouldnt have been a big inning. After the fan interferred, Prior became distracted, he's only human. Then "the curse" goes through everyones mind. Then everyone unravels.
I feel horrible for the Cubs. I also feel horrible for the fan. He's going to go through the rest of his life knowing he cost the Cubs their best shot at the World Series in a LONG time. His co-workers are going to ridicule him. He'll be a goat for the rest of his life ... I just don't see how someone could ever overcome that. We all joke and laugh about 1918 and curses, but I really dont believe in them. But now I'm utterly convinced the Cubs are cursed. That sucks, ghosts suck, curses are pussy ass. Cubs wont win tonight. They'll lose Game 7. Yankees will win tomorrow. Yankees will thrash the Marlins (even though I'll root for the Marlins) and the Skanks will once again dominate baseball. NOT GOOD.

A lot of times I think curses are self-fulfilling prophecies. The Cubs ran in to a buzzsaw yesterday in Beckett, no shame there, but they should have won this game. Between the fan and the error, it all came unglued. Now, the curse will most likely be in their heads and they will probably be nervous tomorrow night and will lose. Remember, the Red Sox didn't lose the series in Game 6, they had to play another game. There was no way they were going to win after that letdown and I doubt there is any way the Cubs win tomorrow. I am so angry and disappointed right now.
