Fictional League with Real Players

So I attempted to create a Fictional League with Real Players tonight, and I wanted to use a pool of players from several leagues MLB, KBO, ***, Mexico etc. So I input those leagues and then created my fictional league to go along with it. I made my league at the level of independent baseball to make sure the created players were of very low ability. Then deleted all the leagues other than my fictional league, so the players would all enter the draft pool. This all worked, but now that I'm in the draft pool everyone and their mother has a 5 star rating with 80s across the board. I went in and changed my league level to Major League, thinking that would fix it, but it didn't. I have ratings displayed relative to league selected.

What did I do wrong? How do I get the players' ratings to show their ratings (20-80) based on major league players?

Do it this way first. Create fictional mlb with tge wizard it's called fbl. Start the universe. Relesse all players then delete them.

Then back to add leagues add mlb kbo etc. Release all players. Then delete those leagues.

There might be a way to fix your setup but I only know how to do it from scratch. Hopefully it helps you out.

How do I go back and add leagues after I've already started the game? Then, I would go back and create all my fictional teams and league and divisional set-up once in-game instead of doing it through the set-up screen. I guess that makes sense.
