Why are all my prospects angry?
I feel like I'm moving them up a level at a time etc and they are getting playing time and yet they are still "angry" .... what does this impact? Will it stunt their development? If so what can be done to make sure everyone is happy?

Usually it has nothing to do with their development or level but its cause their teams are super awful or a chemistry problem. I tend not to worry about those as much. If its a smiley for performance then it could impact but you don't know. See this player has it for role on team because he wants to be in the bullpen of my majors team and not in the minors. But he is currently roadblocked plus I like to keep several arms in AAA/AA on my "carpool" circuit in case my bullpen tired themselves out I need a couple guys I can always bring up if they are fresh. |

In addition to what Jimmy posted, you can check the team morale on the minor league team home page and the chemistry tab.
