Historical Players Debut age

For a sandard historical league, players are debuting around age 25/26.

How can I change this so that they are debuting at age 18 or at least when they debuted professionally in the minors and started their pro careers.

I remember a previous OOTP had a box to check to start players at age 18 or earliest minors age, but it seems this box is no longer around.

What year are you playing? I'm guessing the only way to achieve what you want would be to use the real minors feature. Otherwise, players will always debut at the age they made their real life MLB debuts.

Any year really. I'm running through all of history and had setup my own minor leagues as I had a 40 team fictional MLB setup.

Is there a way to use the minor leagues feature for the players and not have the game create a bunch more minor leagues into the universe?
