Player lost with new import. Help!
I won an auction for a player that I spent 1500 points on. I was in the process of transferring him to my active roster when the auto import message came on. I imported, thinking that I would need to resubmit the transfer onto the active roster. When I went to do this I discovered that the player I bought was neither on my active or reserve rosters. It appears that the overwrite wiped the player from my roster set.
A question: is there anything I can do to get this card back? My transaction record shows that I bought him and that he has not been sold. Is there any way for me to reclaim the player?
