Write report to disk/Open report

I have been using this feature to export my league data to an excel file, but today it is only exporting the first page of results for one of my accounts (silver league). My stone league still exports all of the data (exact same reports and settings). Anyone else having issues with getting their data?

IIRC, the limit for a list to have scroll bars is 4096 (maybe 4095). Any longer list is forced into pages. So, if you’re looking at all the players in your league (which includes reserve rosters), you’ll get scroll bars if there are 4095/30 = 136.5 players per team or fewer, but you’ll get pages if most of the teams in the league have huge reserve rosters.

So I filtered a report to only include 90 players.....same thing, only one page of results are exported. Is there a workaround to get the data? I derive most of my enjoyment from analyzing the stats using my own methods. If I can't do that, the game loses most of its appeal to me.

Yeah, unfortunately it decides between a scroll bar or pages before it filters, so it's only displaying 90 lines but it's still a list of 4096+ as far as the game is concerned. The only "filters" that seem to apply before switching to pages are the "Qualify: All Players" (or batting qualifiers, or pitching qualifiers) and "Players: All" (or only rookies, which, in PT, ... ?) at the very top.

We're on the same team here, so let's make this an explicit feature request:

Devs: While respecting the limit on the size of a scrollable list, can filters apply before choosing how to display the list, so very short filtered lists aren't forced into multiple pages?

Dear Devs:
Yes, what he said.

Actually, why not just dump the data into a .csv file?

I assume from the lack of dev response that getting an export to .csv option is not on the table. Analyzing the data to make decisions is what makes the game fun to me, playing the game without the data is not appealing at all. So now I have to choose between writing my own script to combine data from 25-30 different html files every day (each report is only 1 page generated as 1 html file, therefore a 15 page report requires 15 html files) or finding a new hobby. Even if I write a script, I still have to go in and press 'Write to report' for every frickin page. I could possibly automate that too, but server unreliability would likely cause problems. Sucks that I've spent over a couple hundred dollars on cards already.

So in other words... I've spent money and am entitled, so if I don't get my way I'll threaten to quit. Mmm'kay.

No. In other words, the game doesn't work now like it did when I began. If I had known that, I wouldn't have spent the money.

I agree with all of the reasonable sentiment in this thread. This bug needs squashed.

From the changelog for the new patch!!!

"Increased the number of players which triggers the automatic display of page selectors in sortable lists from 4096 to 8192."

I haven't tried it yet, as I only add to my spreadsheet after the regular season ends, but if it works the problem should finally be solved
