Can't create third team

I played version 20 and had two teams. Those logins have ported over just fine. I decided to create a third team this season, however when I try to register it tells me that email address is already in use. I understand I should be able to have three logins on the same license, so I'm wondering what I need to do.

You can have three teams on one license, but you need a unique email address for each.
