Not Complaining, but dang. What happened here?

This was game 5 of the best of 5, Tournament Championship game, Gold and lower 1875 cap.

My rotation and bullpen were gassed coming in. Maeda, nominally the starter was my most rested SP at 62%. I thought, "Hey, if he goes three or four and I get into my bullpen, no big deal. I love my bullpen."
Then this happened....

Wow. Any thoughts, besides firing my manager? Abreu performed admirably, but not a starter. I don't have openers as a option, so why? And only sending Maeda in for 1 inning? Plus where did the blown save come in. Just wow.
