Schedule novice in need of troubleshooting

I have a 12 team league, 1 subleague, 3 divisions, 4 teams in each division. I downloaded the attached schedule to use. I have balanced schedule checked, and no All Star game. When I go to edit schedule and select Import from File and select the attached schedule, I get the message: Could not import schedule. The loaded schedule has a different structure as the current league.

I haven't had issues in the past importing created schedules for in-game usage, but as my knowledge of schedule creation is non-existant, I'm hoping that one of you may have some insight into something I'm doing incorrectly.

Thanks in advance!

The schedule has an all-star game scheduled, even though the notes say that there's no all-star game. Go into the schedule and delete:
Code:
allstar_game_day="100"
See if that solves the problem.

If not, do you have interleague checked? This schedule obviously does not allow interleague, so that might be another issue.

Thanks for the response. I went in and deleted
Code:
allstar_game_day="100"
That did not seem to resolve the issue.

Because there's only one subleague, the interleague toggle was not an available option. I went and added a subleague, reviewed that interleague was not checked, and deleted the subleague, but that did not resolve it either.

Any other suggestions? Thanks again for helping.

When you get the error you got (about the league structure) it generally means the issue is with the schedule "type".

I created a test league with your format and exported its schedule, and that exported schedule had type="ILN_BGY_G144_T12". Changing the gmo schedule to have that type seemed to do the trick, although I am not sure why that type in particular works.

Yeah, I don't know why the game sometimes tosses out schedules that, to my eyes, have perfectly acceptable headers. Whenever that happens, the user can do what you did: create a schedule in-game, export it, copy the header onto the desired schedule, and then import that schedule.

Thank you both for the assistance! I got it to work with your advice.
