Tournament continuously simming

Hey there

I entered the Silver or lower historical tournament named:

Q-Silver-Historical-RRF3-T16-ID67

I entered as the last team to get it going. So I didn't get to set my lineup or roster. Since I was the 16th team needed, the tourney immediately went to the setup phase (which was expected, no problem there). However, once it ended that phase (and I got the popup saying the tournament was starting), it immediately entered a "Simulating" phase. I entered the tourney screen and the 1st set of results were present. I tried to set a lineup but the next games played immediately. And that continued until the tournament ended.

The tournament description says games occur every 10 minutes and that definitely was not happening, so that's the bug report.... seems that the games just simmed as fast as possible.
