Pitching sucks
No matter what I do my pitch staff blows. no matter the ratings no matter the role they are all awful. I'm not sure what is the deal with this but its getting annoying. What am I do wrong? I have sacrificed a lot of offense for solid defenders. i've put all of my resources in player development. i have also made sure that my managers and staff are on the pitcher side of relationships.

What are their FIP-, ERA+ and BABIPs? What are your defensive ratings? And ZRs? Who controls your defensive strategies? Last edited by CBeisbol; 04-20-2020 at 02:06 AM. |

Hi Rynocondon, if you're new to OOTP then there's a bunch of complexities to get up to speed with, but one thing is usually true: small sample sizes mean very little. My team started this season 2-8 with a string of terrible starters' outings. S!@t happens. We're now 10-13. Personally, I suspect there's potential in the game for a bit of rust to remain with some pitchers after spring training at the beginning of a new season.
Good luck! |
