Can't Activate Guy Off IL/Game Stuck

I have a player who has just finished his IL stint at the end of the last game of the regular season. Unlike I've ever seen before, however, there is no option to activate him from the IL on his Transaction screen. The other options are there, but none are feasible. He can't go on rehab because the minor league season is over; he can't be sent to a minors team because he's out of options; and I don't want to waive or release him. Because of this, I can't advance the game. The day won't finish because it says I have to activate him off the IL -- but he cannot be activated no matter what I do. His team is going to the playoffs, but the game is stuck. What to do???

Sometimes I've seen it if he's coming off the 60-day DL and your 40-man roster is full, the regular "activate player" option isn't there (maybe also happens if you active roster is full too?)

Bingo! The active roster was the culprit. I guess I was expecting a message telling me my roster was full or something, but I should have thought of that. Thanks!
