Owner's goals - Colors
Do the colors of the text after your Owner Goals mean anything? I'm a few weeks into my first season of a historical career. One goal has no text after it because it's a long-term, reaching the playoffs goal, but take a look at the other three.

For the record, Wally Gilbert is not my attempt to upgrade at 3B. He's the 3B who's been on my team all along. I have the trading set for Very Hard so I haven't swung a trade yet.

The colors indicate how satisfied your owner is with the progress toward the goal. The scale is the same as that used on the ratings, i.e. blue and green are good, red is bad. The third base goal could be satisfied by your incumbent having a great season; therefore your owner is sorta happy given Gilbert's decent performance so far. In other words, you might have been smart to stay with the incumbent and the owner would reward that decision if it pays off.

Thanks for the explanation. I was curious if upgrading strictly meant acquiring a new player or if it could be achieved by promoting from within or getting increased production from the incumbent. Thanks again.
