Automatic roster import not working properly?

So I signed up for 3 tournaments before I went to sleep last night. I think I loaded the daily specifically to set the roster, but the others I didn't, assuming as usual they would load whatever my current gold roster is.

The first attachment, which is the Daily Gold which is still only partly filled, is my current gold roster. The other two are the currently running 32-team and 16-team quick tournaments, which are very much NOT my gold roster, and aren't even close.

I got knocked out in the first round of the 32-teamer and signed up for the next one and went in and it imported the borked roster. Fortunately I had exported my regular roster, unfortunately when I tried to import that roster it only imported half the starters and the others were all inactive; so instead of setting it up again I was able to just go into the yet-to-play Daily Gold, export that roster again, and import it and this time it worked fine.

I'm reasonably certain I haven't sold any players that were on the active roster at any point recently; the only players I've sold recently are duplicate irons and bronzes and a couple diamonds.

Turns out it didn't work fine, I set up and submitted the correct roster before the tournament was filled, then once it was filled and started it switched my roster out to the attached one which is once again all kinds of screwed up. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until the first game simulated.

Deactivating the entire reserve roster of my saved roster seems to have worked. Still can't figure how it was happening in the first place.

I am having this issue right now. Did you deactivate entire roster or just your active roster?

Just the reserve roster, although it forced me to keep two batters on it.

I've tried every combo of things to get this working again... no luck.

Having the same issue. Will give this a try to see if it works for me. Thanks!

Sometimes, when I switch one or two players, subsequent tourneys will undo the switch I made. But, when I make a switch and then check each subsequent tournament the new players are always there. Kind of like the PT version of the double slit experiment!

This is a recurring issue for me too.
The most annoying aspect is that there is no error message when submitting the team you actually want. After the tournament started, you can probably see an error number in PT settings, but then you probably will not have enough time to rebuild the roster.

Importing the default roster most certainly does not work after you sold even one duplicate of a card that has anything to do with your roster.
It seems that the IDs of the cards are mixed up and server thinks that you want to use the card which you have already sold. And not the one which you actually still have in your account and on your current roster.

I have tried to set my rosters for various tournaments countless times, but I was only successful a few times.

This really needs a proper fix.
