MLB Start 2nd year, draft missing real players

The 2020 draft was fine, but 2021 is messed up. There are no real players and there are not any good players available.

It would seem like this would be affecting everyone who used the MLB startup wouldn't it?

Is there any way to fix it?

This was a known bug in the bug forum. Supposedly it was fixed with a patch.

Edit: Nevermind, it never made it into the patch.
