Game to game strategy

Is there a way to set hitting/ philosophy on a per game basis. I know getting players with good EYE ratings and CONTROL make a difference, but if I'm going against a pitcher with control issues it would be nice to put in a strategy where my players take more pitches or if I have free swinging team I'm playing of setting a strategy for my pitchers to be more deceptive.

I think you can create custom lineups...somewhere there should be a menu for it near your lineup & depth charts...might be obscure up in the top right above your depth charts...or it could be somewhere else...I've mostly been playing PT mode. There is an option for custom lineups. Same with pitchers, to line up beforehand that a certain pitcher might pitch in a certain game...this doesn't exactly address what you asked but it's what I know as far as the strategy you bring up...only that you can change the personnell to change the strategy...those hitters with eye/discipline WILL take pitches...those deceptive pitchers with sharp control will do well against a free-swinging team.
