Regions - Anyway to see what is in them?

I'm trying to make a European league with feeders coming from different parts of Europe. I want to use the regions function for this but I can't tell what exact countries are part of what region. I also don't want to overlap but I want every country in Europe represented. Does anyone know how I can see which countries are part of which region?
