Missing spring training stats - bug?

Hello all,

I'm at the beginning of the 2024 season and I just ran into something odd. I was simming through preseason and after 15 games, I went and looked and have zero spring training stats. I thought maybe I clicked something in a drop down, but they are all correct but there are no statistics. I exited the game and then went back in, it is now collecting the stats but those first 15 games are still not showing up. Should I just assume they are gone forever? Is this a known bug that is caused by something specific? I want to make sure to avoid it in the future if possible.

I'm experiencing something similar, but with regular season stats. All individual player game logs disappear on April 30th. They start accumulating after that, but you lose everything before that. The total stats are still there, but the individual game logs are gone. This also affects the player of the month trophies as it only counts the last game of April. You can see it in the screenshot I posted in "post your newspaper" thread.
