Retirement comebacks

I see in the history after a player retires it says out for 12 months, do some come out of retirement...thanks in advance..

Man i remember this being one of the best features back in OOTP 6.5. Would be great if something like this happened but can't remember if it does.

I don't know, but occasionally I would abuse my powers and take a player with a CEI and bring him back but with some kind of limitation. I once took a shortstop who was an AROD level talent and suffered one pretty young. After a year or two "retired" I brought him back and converted him to a first basemen and zapped his power a lot due to his shoulder injury, but he was still a useful player.
