Voted Maffei, but thought it said 18 instead of 15. Wouldn't change my pick. The fact that he has four pitches and GB tendency are what does it for me. I could care less about his low intelligence as none of the other guys have great makeup anyway.

Loera or Kibbons. Three good pitches, stamina to start, good personality. I'd probably favor Kibbons because he's a lefty, though the Control might make it a rockier road.
Maffei has a bad personality, a not-great fastball, middling stamina, a funky arm slot, and a personality that may inhibit development. There's also just more time for things to go wrong, given he's not even 16 yet. |
