Savings cameras
Everytime an update comes in , my camera resets. Is there a way that I can save these before updating my game
Mike

Navigate to your OOTP Folder, find the folder titled "Ballparks".
Inside is a folder named "Models". Make a copy of that folder, after you install a patch, copy this back to the same location, overwriting the new copy. Your camera views will be there.

Can't you just save the camera angles using a different name? I save them using my initials plus the view name. ex) FDR_widescreen. The game overwrites the file names every time you patch the game. "Patches" for this game are really installs. Bluenosers post should say "Make a copy of that folder, BEFORE you install a patch" and that would work too.

You set your camera views, make a copy of the "Models" folder, then use it every time a new patch is installed. No need to make a copy every time unless you change some views. That's how I do it, ymmv. Last edited by Bluenoser; 03-31-2020 at 02:34 PM. |
