Playoffs not simming?

Our league appears to be in some kind of a loop processing the same day over and over. It is the day in-between the last game of the season and the first wildcard game. Has been doing that for over 10 hours. Normally there would have been a long timer overnight and then in the morning the sims would start up again, but instead it is a 30 minute timer and simulates, but when downloading the file it is the same with no progress.

League is Iron 161.

New PLAYOFF sim mode starts at 12 eastern time and sims every 15 minutes.
