Mission question

Do you have to have the cards in your collection to complete a mission, or can you sell them? I was further along in the collection missions than I am now, and I thought I had sold some cards that were still being counted. This morning it looks like all cards I've sold aren't being counted

Yeah they have to stay in your collection. Then when you complete the mission, they are locked.
