Saving Depth Chart?
Is it possible to save my team's depth charts? I can't find anything in OOTP 21 or the online manual...but it shocks the heck out of me that I might not be able to save 'em. I spent all day building, what I thought were some excellent depth charts for my 3 lowest minor league teams. I wasn't very happy with the distribution of playing time, so I've taken over everything in my minor league system. I know that saving the lineup is possible, so why not the depth chart too?

From the Lineups vs RHP and LHP click on the "actions" button. Copy lineups and/or depth charts. You can also paste to 7 day lineups.

What the OP is looking for, I think, is a function for depth charts similar to "custom lineups", so that one could save several depth charts adapted to particular circumstances. That would indeed be a useful addition to game.
One can get an approximation by saving custom lineups and, when a lineup is used, asking the manager, bench coach or AI to construct a depth chart to go with it. |

Custom lineups can also be saved.

Usually, you're going to want to put together the best Line-Up possible and the best Depth Chart possible. With 25-Man Rosters that is easy enough to do with my MLB, AAA, AA & A+ teams. But my two short-season farm clubs are a different story, A- & R, respectively. I have a lot more players to work with and being a short season, I want all my guys that show some potential (ratings) to get their share of At-Bats & Innings. Of course, not all players are equal and my decent looking guys get more playing time than a 1-star or 1.5-star player, but without my manual intervention in creating custom Depth Charts, some guys would get overlooked.

This is only about Depth Charts. Not Lineups.
