PT really slow, opening packs nothing happens

Is anyone else experiencing some extremely slow results from PT to include opening a pack and nothing happening?

I just see the background the baseball field and there is no pack and no cards.

Due to traffic, everything is a bit bogged down at the moment. We're working on solutions to try and improve the stability but some things are out of our control (server provider)
