Mac not open box to drag 21 to application folder

I've had no problem with the two betas. But now I've tried to servers and tried to get it to open up the box that allows me to drag 21 icon to my application folder. (I've gone to my download files and tried to download it again. I've gone to my application folder to see if I can find it etc.) Nothing is making this drag box open?

I am sorry, but I have no idea how to help you other than ask you to reboot your system and then try the download again.

Thanks. Took me 5 attempts and two reboots to finally work.( Gremlin's having fun again)
