Do financials seem a bit off?

I've just reached free agency and to me it seems like player financials are a bit off. Mookie Betts was the highest paid signee and he signed a 7 yr contract that started at 25.6 mil and maxed out at 32 mil. Justin Turner signed a deal that averaged 11 mil. Asdrubal Cabrera coming off a 5 WAR season signed a 3 yr deal for 39.3 mil. Kirby Yates signed at 6.4 mil a year. All of these seem low and unrealistic to me, and pretty much every player took a pay cut from their previous year.

Anyone else think this is a little bit off? And any suggestions on changes to the salary baselines to make it a bit more realistic?
