Was this feeder league age-gap issue addressed in OOTP 21?

We did not work on feeder leagues yet for OOTP 21 IIRC.

No, we did a lot of work on feeder leagues (with all the draft stuff). So I would expect that that bug should be fixed

I see you added a setting "according to HS/College year." Meaning players will be drafted based on their years experience instead of their age? Which should address the comments in the above thread.

Yes, if you use the new setting, then that should fix the vast majority of issues. We've also relaxed some of the rules, so if a player is undrafted from HS and goes to college, even if he might be *technically* too young, he'll still be allowed to play.

Thanks, yeah, the draft runs smoother now.

Also, the prospect game in my MLB league is composed of college players instead of top prospects from the MLB. Should this be happening?
