Free Agents Being Signed More Than Once in Offseason

I am seeing players being signed twice in the offseason by different teams. If I can provide more information please let me know.

Any chance you can post the instructions here to upload to the FTP Server here? I tried to access the Knowledge Base to get the instructions but keep getting a blank page.

This appears to be the same bug that others have mentioned. The Brewers signed him and released him. The Phillies then signed him.

Is that the page that's blank? It should work. If not, let me know, we'll have to fix it up.

You can also always just put the files on Dropbox or Google Drive and post a link too.

Yes, that is the page that is blank. I tried it on two different computers. I also tried to enter the KB from the OOTP20 Support Page and it returns nothing but a blank page as well.
