Sim Slowdown

Noticing that the sim slows down considerably once you hit September. I am in my third season of a sim on September 25 and the game is all but frozen at this point.

Running an Acer Republic of Gamers with 16 GB of ram.

Uploaded to the FTP. Sim Slowdown.rar. It doesnt happen when you sim day to day but happened in 2021 and 2022 when I started the sim from the start of the season and let it run. Once i hit like September 14, it just grinded to a halt and would start to lock up.

Also, take a look at the pitcher utilization when you're in there as well..

What kind of system do you have? I need detailed specs please.

With a NVIDIA GTX 1060 graphics card

Also this is what I am seeing happening.. The thing that stands out to me is the date at the top of the screen vs. the date in the middle of the screen.

The sim speed is lightening fast all season, like the best I've seen from this game in years, and then it slows down at the end of each season.

I cannot yet reproduce this with your files here. Everything is as quick as it should be. Have you tried adding OOTP as an exception to your virus scanner and Windows Defender etc? Also, try shutting down anything running in the background.

By the way, the last day of the season can take several seconds, all sorts of things are going on there, depending on the settings.
