Prospect Pipeline Glitch (Windows)
The prospect pipeline is not removing players who have exceeded the service time limit given to prospects (75 days according to Player Development) yet are still on the top prospect lists. As an example, Carter Kieboom has 99 days of service time in my save yet is still considered the 26th prospect in baseball. Which you can see here.

This is not a bug when you have prospects list set to annualy.
