Request scouting report

Requested reports may take a long time depending on the date of the player last report.

Is this intentional? Because someone who shares an online league with me received his report 3 days later even when the estimated time was 30 days.

I requested a report of Matt Olson after a few months without reports an it actually took 121 days.

I can verify that I'm also getting scouting reports with unusually long ranges (30+ days). Additionally, they will sometimes arrive early (within a few days). Image below and I have uploaded league files under the name Universal Baseball League.zip.
