Challenge Mode- No Firing

I know this may seem like something that would go against the whole point of challenge mode. But I assume a lot of us like to play with our favourite team and rebuild them in our own unique way.

I have actually never been fired in the game before (so not really sure how hard it is to get fired, maybe someone can answer that), but having the ability to play in Challenge mode without firing might be a cool feature.

Would it be possible to implement?

Part of the problem with that, IMO, is that part of the challenge is that you have to work within the framework of the owner's good will and pleasure. The potential to be fired and having to work with what an owner demands is a huge part of the challenge.
