Drafting Question

So looking at the drafting video for OOTP 21 my question is if your drafting a top prospect that is Extremely hard to sign would you take the chance on signing him and have the chance of not signing him and getting a good draft pick the following year or do you stay away from the extreme hard signing?

"Signability" is an issue real-life GM grapple with on a yearly basis.

Should be really interesting this year without a college baseball season, especially now that the NCAA has granted a blanket extra year of eligibility to all spring-sport athletes.
