Will we able to see the names and numbers on the jerseys, during 3d gameplay? If not will that ever be possible?

Names and numbers are not part of OOTP21's 3D experience. The jerseys that the 3D models wear all use the same texture, with no individual variation. You can slap a number and generic name on the back side of the texture, but all players would use the same one.

It should be a possible change at some point, but I can't in any way speak to what kind of priority they'd put on it. Frankly, I'd rather see the ability to customize uniform pants color first since I hate seeing generic gray pants with the powder blue tops I use on the road.
