Team Chemistry
Is the effect player personalities have on the team spelled out anywhere? I can't find anything in the manual.
I just traded away an underperforming player who was our "sparkplug" and my team has sucked ever since. Are these things connected or am I imagining it? Any advice would be appreciated. |

What does "sparkplug" mean in this game? Does it give my team any advantage to have a player like this? It must mean something

It can help your overall team chemistry. But the more important parts is to make sure you have players with leadership and get rid of problem players if your team chemistry goes south. Having or not having a sparkplug won't make or break a team's chemistry.
