Turning off Scouting - Clear last Report?

Previously used Scouts, but decided against them after several seasons so unchecked "Use Complete Scouting" in settings.

After several more seasons, I have a painfully out of date "Team Scout" development report atop the right-hand panel, with the now-preferred current OSA report down below that (and often unseen).
The actual Scouting report middle panel is fine.

Any way to clear the now useless development report on the Scouting page?
