OOTP Manual updated for the expanded Scouting, Personnel & Draft Features?

Hey guys, based on what I saw in the Franchise deep-dive, these are fairly significant expansions of the current features in OOTP.

I would suggest, along with the quality-of-life / customization features, that the team update the online manual for these items.

I know the Park Builder is going to require its own set of videos and instructions later on, but as these are big additions to primary features that are already in the game, I can see these boards lighting-up with questions. Not that an on-line manual will prevent all of that of course, but it could help ( I know it would help me to an extent).
